iHunt Hunting Calls 750 App Reviews

Ive only used the app for deer hunting, and the lunar table for fishing times. The calls are freaking awesome, Ive called crows right to my back porch. Weve got some coyotes that hang around the edge of our neighbor hood, and Ive been driving them nuts with predator calls. All in all, a well rounded application. Good job Ruger!!

I highly recommend this app! I literally just called in 2 yotes with the cottontail distress call 5min after playing it! Totally overpleased! Those yotes are going down tonight!

This is such an amazing call app! There is not a call missing from this extensive collection! The full version is worth it! You would be hard pressed to find a better collection of Game Calls for the value of this app! Plus, I dont need a caller anymore, I connect this to my Bluetooth speaker and away I go.

Very good app. Some sounds could be longer but still good. Finding a good speaker is the only thing missing.

Works really well with the Ihunt speaker. Called in crows deer and yotes already. Good product

Waste of time and money, my kids can make better cow and calf sounds that they have on this app the bull recordings arent very good either.

Great app, high quality sounds and the best selection of calls I have seen. This app has a lot of good features too. Really like the playlist feature- it keeps me organized. Love it!

This is the only app that I have found so far that has a squirrel call.

I downloaded the iHunt app a year or two ago on a different iPhone. The free version was junk then, & it still is junk. The sounds are somewhat realistic, but nothing to write home about. The ridiculous thing is that the calls you get for free are worthless. Who wants to call mice, or cows? How about water buffalo? I dont see many of those around the S.E. part of the USA. The same goes for the wolf. Now, to be fair, this app might be decent if you upgrade it for $6. I bought the iHunt speaker for $60, partly because it said "free download" of iHunt by Ruger on the box. When I read the directions, it said to be sure to download the free version of the iHunt app. I figured it would have a code that you had to enter to unlock all of the sounds. WRONG! After spending +$60 on the speaker, I still have to spend $6 to upgrade the app so that it would include any of the sounds that one might use in the southeastern part of the USA for hunting coyotes. No thanks! Im deleting the app, & will return the speaker for a refund. Thanks for waisting a couple of hours of my time guys....... Thanks Again, Disappointed

This app has so many features. The best part in my opinion is the variety of calls they provide. I have listened to the recorded calls to try and make my calls when Im hunting as perfect as possible. Definitely a must have for any serious hunter.

It advertises as a free app until you get it downloaded; then you discover any useful content is locked. There is a $5.99 fee to "upgrade"... Upgrade from what? The nothingness youve provided in the first place?

I just rated 4 stars because of the free app and its very limited use. Purchased app is strong though.high price for an app as well.

This app is great, I used it to track my hunts and help me figure out the deer movement in my area. But, every time I post my photos it takes forever before I see them on the user photos screen. Not so happy about all of the ruger stuff, if I want to buy a gun, trust me I know which one I am getting I dont need rugers help to persuade my decision. I also wish that when I log my hunts it would show what wind direction it was.

Downloaded expecting very little but have been amazed by this app. We were playing around with the elk call using a bluetooth speaker and almost got run over by a cow and two calves. Cant wait to try the other calls!
